| The CertainT 100 is a dedicated transaction accelerator that provides faster, secure delivery for point of service (POS) transactions over the Internet. TheCertainT 100 (CT100) can be used to intercept encrypted SSL traffic, decrypt it and establish an unencrypted connection with the desired transaction host. The returned transactions can then be encrypted and sent back to the client. This process ensures added security for the processor or merchant transactions. By offloading the SSL and encryption support from the host processor, the CT100 frees up important CPU cycles, thus eliminating host processing for the future. |
